Building Communities
Honey Pride Arua does more than buy honey. Through partnerships with global organisations, we run skills training programmes, capacity building workshops, and certification programmes that permanently uplift communities across Northern Uganda.
Capacity Building in Ogoko
In partnership with PUM Netherlands, Honey Pride brought expert knowledge and capacity building to communities in Ogoko β training over 100 farmers in modern beekeeping, hive management, and market-oriented apiculture.
Youth Value Addition Training
Sponsored by the United Nations Development Programme, this indoor training taught young people how to add value to honey products β covering beeswax processing, product finishing, and creating market-ready goods that command higher prices.
Pawor Community Certification
Communities from Pawor proudly display their Certificates of Attendance after completing a Honey Pride training programme. Certification gives farmers recognised credentials and the confidence to professionalise their beekeeping enterprises.
Sensitizing Ogoko on Beekeeping
